No sashes come out between the middle of December and the end of February, though we still answer email and do surveys. The reason is in the note on the winter pause.
What to Send
- How many windows, and on which floors.
- A photograph of each window from inside, with both sashes closed.
- Anything you already know is wrong: a broken cord, a sash painted shut, soft wood at the bottom rail.
- Whether the house is listed. What that means is on the visit page.
- The part of Bath, or the village. Prices for the usual work are on the work and prices page.
